WEAVING | SPINNING | FIBRE CRAFTS
I am a textile artist and craftsperson. I work with textiles and other natural fibres to create useful and beautiful objects. For me, creating something from raw materials is an empowering act that promotes self-reliance and resilience and I love teaching these skills to people of all ages and backgrounds.
I teach arts and crafts in various settings from short drop-in sessions at community events where people make a small project in a short space of time, to full-day workshops teaching participants more complicated techniques and making larger pieces. I am highly adaptable and can work with people of different ages and ability levels. I can also combine arts and crafts activities with storytelling to create holistic creative projects for children and adults.

The duration and age suitability suggested below are recommendations and some of my workshops are adaptable to different timeframes and age groups depending on the situation.
